Won’t order from this place again .. I placed a pre order and wasn’t included in the first deliveries ! Terrible go somewhere else!!!
Ricardo, I'm sorry your not satisfied with the solution we agreed upon. The booster bundles have not released yet (4/24) and we refunded the differnece between the product we shipped to you for your daughter, that was delivered, and the bundle. None of these booster bundles have shipped to any person in the United States yet as they have not even arrived at distributors warehouses. We understand the frustation with all the delays in this set, which is why we communicated them explicitly and did not enforce the restock policy for anyone who wanted to cancel. We do find it curious you would work with us only to publicly shame us for something we went above and beyond to solve for you.
