Condition Keywords:

Our video game products follow a keyword guideline to ensure buyers are aware of the condition that they are buying. Many of our games are pre-owned in some way and come to us typically in three categories (Listed Below). Before purchasing a product, please review the condition the item is listed. Pictures for items in most cases are stock photos that do not represent the item you are purchasing. If you would like photos of an item or have questions regarding conditions like Cosmetic Damage then please contact us.

New: Items with the New Keyword are items that are sealed (Never Opened). Video games with this tag are in the original box usually with a plastic wrap or other sealed cover that can only be on an item as if it were never opened. Consoles with this tag will be in the original box with tabs sealed as if it were never opened. 

Complete in box: Items the Complete in box Keyword will have original packaging however will not be sealed. Video games with this tag will have the game case with cover art and any manual (If the game released with one) as well as the game itself. Consoles with this tag will have the box and system included, however not sealed.

Loose: Items with the Loose tag will have the item itself but no packaging. Video games will include the disc or cartridge but no box or manual. Consoles with this tag will include the system but not the original box.

Additional loose categories will be Game w/ Manual and Game w/ Box. These will be items that will come with either the game and box or the game and manual depending on the tag.
