It has been two weeks since I ordered my sleeves and I never received them. It says USPS delivered the package to a parcel locker at my apartment, but my apartment does not have a parcel locker (I verified with apartment management, plus I have never seen anything listed as "delivered to parcel locker" before.) I tried contacting The Mountain Magi twice about this situation but they never go back to me. I contacted the post office and they told me to contact consumer affairs because it sounds like a case of mail theft.

The Mountain Magi has $100 insurance on the item but I am disappointed they never responded to me either time I contacted them (I contacted them 2 days after it said my item was delivered, and again a week later.)
