Overall the staff is very easy to work with and easy to contact. I was involved in unique situation with the Avatar the Last Airbender Pre-Release. The set was to be release in November 2025, and there was a pre-order available in August of 2025. I placed an order for a the Avatar Bundle. I was assured there would be multiple waves of delivery once WOTC sent Mountain Magi the materials. However, come October and Noverber there were severe delays. Unfortunately, with a lot of the delays I had to initiate an update and was some back end confusion that shouldn't have happened once we finally found out where the package was. A lot of this was on WOTC, however, Damon was very remorseful and immediately innitiated a refund once I voiced my frustrations. A large store credit was given as well, where I took the liberty to order something small to see if there was room for redemtion. I ordered a couple play boosters and come to find out my bundle box was sent as well with an apology. This obviously wasn't expected or required from Damon and it was appreciated. This speaks to their customer service and their dedication to wanting to make things right even when things weren't entirely their fault. So much appreciated.
